Dazzling Clips Standard License Agreement includes usage for personal, educational and commercial use. The rights in which the illustrations can be used for each usage are listed below.
This agreement is between the licensor and the licensee and is non-transferable.
The license does not extend to publishers or manufacturers.

- What is not allowed
- You may not resell, share or distribute the clipart.
- You may not sell the clipart as a standalone product; it must be used as an element of your overall design in your personal and commercial projects.
- You may not claim the clipart as your own.
- You may not copy the clipart designs to create your own clipart.
- Dazzling Clips illustrations may not be posted on the Internet in their original form (must be secured inside a PDF or flattened JPG file).
- Dazzling Clips retains all copyright to the clipart images.
- Commercial credit is required on ALL digital products (free or paid) in the form of a clickable link back to Dazzling Clips. This can be done by creating either a text link to www.dazzlingclips.com or by linking to one of the logos included in the zip file.
- Commercial credit is required on ALL tangible products where appropriate. Credit to Dazzling Clips in the form of a copyright notice is sufficient.
Some examples of what is allowed are:
- Bookmarks, brochures, calendars, greeting cards, scrapbooking, personal crafts, flyers, notices, announcements and apparels
- Party items such as party supplies and decor (e.g: cake toppers, wrappers, labels, invitations)
- Non-profit items for non-profit organizations.
- Videos on YouTube, Vimeo or other platforms.
Personal Educational Allowed Uses
- Personal classroom activities, educational worksheets, and games.
- Personal classroom Smart Board lessons and PowerPoint presentations.
- Personal classroom decorations, wall posters and decor, labels, binder covers.
- Classroom or school communication such as letters, letterhead, posters, signs, programs, flyers.
- Classroom or school printable projects.
- School yearbooks (including yearbooks that are sold to students/families to recover printing costs).
Commercial Educational Allowed Uses
- Educational lessons and activities sold for a profit on Teachers pay Teachers, Teachers Notebook, Etsy, other websites, and blogs. Commercial credit is required (see above). All images must be secured in a pdf file, preferably password protected (you can allow just printing the file, and not copying items inside the PDF).
- Free educational lessons and activities on Teachers Pay Teachers, Teachers Notebook, websites and blogs. Commercial credit is required. All images must be secured in a pdf file, preferably password protected.
- The use of our illustrations is permitted as long as the images are flattened as part of a background.
- Videos on YouTube, Vimeo or other platforms.
Commercial Allowed Uses
- Small business signage such as notices. The images must compliment the text, and not being the main component for your product.
- Commercial educational products such as worksheets, etc. on Teachers Pay Teachers, Teachers Notebook, Etsy, other websites and blogs. (See above under Commercial Educational Uses).
- Small handcrafted items that are sold for a profit such as handmade greeting cards, invitations and postcards.
- Menus, stationery items, posters, postcards, bookmarks, mugs, mouse pads, business cards, ornaments and glassware.
- Advertisements in newspapers and other print publications.
- Digital advertisements: The clipart used must be part of the overall advertisement design.
- Printed promotional projects for your small business such as flyers, newsletters, brochures and catalogs.
- Blog or website headers that are not sold (the image must be part of the overall design and implemented in a way so that the clipart used in the header cannot be stolen, preferably at 72dpi jpg).
- Videos on YouTube, Vimeo or other platforms.
What is not allowed
Internet Usage: You may not display an image on the Internet (whether it’s a blog or website) in its original form.
By placing an image on the Internet in its original form the images could be stolen by others and used without permission. This is strictly prohibited. No exceptions.
The clipart may not be used:
- as a part of a business logo.
- as part of a scrapbook kit.
- on Embroidery designs.
- for Rubber or digital stamps.
- for SVG cutting files sold for profit.
- for Apparel, board games, diaper products (apparel only allowed for personal use).
- for Digital collage sheets, papers, digital backgrounds or greeting cards.
- for Digital website or blog templates sold for profit.
- for iPhone, iPad, Android, Tablet, Facebook or TinyTap apps.
- in products sold to manufacturers, large corporations or mass-produced.
- in a derogatory or defamatory manner.
- as Coloring pages for commercial use (free or paid)– as defined by standalone products - a single image on a page with nothing else. As stated above all clipart must be part of an overall design.
- You may not recolor the images.
- You may not resell, share or distribute the clipart.
- Dazzling Clips images may not be used on online presentation sites of any kind.
